We are very conscientious about making this process as pleasant as possible by keeping the job site clean and supervised. Chris Bates, owner of Halcyon Homes, is present and oversees the work being done at the site so you can be sure progress will be made and it will be moving forward daily. We do our best to stay within the time frame of the building schedule, but there is the potential for unforeseen problems that arise when walls are being torn down in an older structure.  Rest assured that Halcyon Homes  has the experience necessary to find solutions to any situation that may arise giving the homeowner confidence that he is in good hands.Our reputation has been built on the personal service that we provide.  Chris is a hands-on contractor who is often at the work site and always available to discuss the progress of your project.  We do not mind if you spend time at the work site or look over our shoulder.  All our clients will be informed as to what will be accomplished throughout the entire construction phase along with the time line of the project.  Whether we are adding on to your home as a design/build started from the conceptual phase or completing a renovation with sealed plans of your own, you will be informed and comfortable every step of the way.
